The registration fee covers a 9 month period of dance lessons starting from August to May, this fee is non-refundable. Tuition fees are made monthly whether a child assists class or not. Payments are due on the first of each month and incur a $15.00 late fee if received after the 10th. It is your responsibility to pay on time, sorry we do not send reminders. If you would like to leave a signed form to withdraw your payments from your bank for tuition and other fees in case you may have a hard time paying on the due date and avoid the $15 late fee, you may fill this form at the front desk any time during registration or after.
Holidays
We follow the holiday breaks as our community schools do, some of those holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break, we do not have class during the holidays but the tuition fee remains the same. There are also months that have 5 weeks but we only charge for a 4 week tuition.
Christmas Presentation
The months of August through October our students are learning new dances to perform in Christmas Presentations. We encourage our students to share their dance gifts with our elderly at nearby nursing homes and also perform for Parent Presentation Week in December, if there's other dance opportunities open for our students through these months we will notify in advance. There are no fees for these events. A sign up sheet will be available at the front desk during the months of August and September, unfortunately if anyone registers late they will not be able to participate due to the time it takes to learn their dances and prepare for these events, so make sure you register early!
Jubilee Recital - Fees
We start taking measurements of our students and collecting their costume deposit fees during the month of November. The costume deposit fee depends on the Costume Company, but it is usually from $40- $55 per costume. Once you receive your student's costume you will pay the remaining balance. There is also a Recital fee of $65.00 per student, this fee is for the facility rental where they will perform and takes care of the sound and light crew as well, the fee also takes care of required insurances and last but not least our stage props. The costume fees and recital fees are non-refundable.
The Jubilee Recital is held each year in May. Our students and teachers perform for parents and loved ones in a professional stage complete with lights, master sound, stage props, and beautiful costumes. The themes and characters are based on God's word therefore giving our students knowledge of God's creation and His attributes. This is a time for our students to have an opportunity to learn how to perform on stage and master their theatrical abilities and their dance skills.
